i ought to be sleeping

i gave two tours of the prison today. one tour was to a great group of high school sophomores who were studying prison history. they asked great questions. the other group were high school juniors who were monsters. among the stupid things they said:

"rape is not that bad"
"which cell is haunted"

they were jerks. i had a raging headache after trying to ram some sense into their heads.

my evening was redeemed when on my ride home i was happy to discover that my favorite trolley driver was at the wheel. you see, my favorite trolley driver has a great, big, deep voice and can't say his "r"s.

"next stop thity seventh stweet"

he breaks my heart and i love him.

i am hard at work on crocheted holiday banners. if you want one they cost $25.

my job is ending for the winter in a couple of weeks.

i have an interview at a cheese counter on saturday.

if you are one of my friends in l.a. i miss you a lot.

We miss you too, though we're not technically in L.A. yet close enough to have some lung problems.
