hello all. i've had a mighty fine weekend. saturday, i tcb'd while micah was at band practice. later that evening, we went to see my new favorite band, dr. dog (also our neighbor). it was super fun. today, the boats had their first official show. it was super fun. they sold lots of cds. which brings me to my next news: i am now the official and reluctant "manager" of the boats. i'm going to help manage the my space page (www.myspace.com/theboats), and send out records and stuff like that. tomorrow, i open a checking account for the band. i can't decide if i like my new role or if i feel like a big geeky wife.
so, if you want a copy of the old record, send $10. i don't care if you are my sisters or friends--send money.
in other news, i have sent my resume for a job a tour guide on...a...SEGWAY! finally, a job post that i am qualified for! we'll see...
