The Low Down

i have no new news today. for those of you who don't know, but are interested, micah and i have decided to move--soon. we are tired. we're tired of working constantly (mostly micah) and not having anything to show for it. we don't go out, we don't see movies, we work and work. micah hasn't had a day off since january 1st; even that day he did research at home for a mural. i am in a rut to end all ruts. i am really confused and worried about what to do with myself. i have been filling up my days with work at trader joe's and writing phony complaint e-mails to local news stations. too much space in my head is taken up with stress about micah's work, bills, car trouble and growing out my hair.

so, we decided that we are leaving los angeles. we would go sometime in february. although we would rather not, we think it best to go to arizona for a few months to work and live with my parents, and then move on somewhere cheaper (maybe portland). this is not an attractive option, but we would be able to save a lot of money to start off in a new city on the right foot. we're trying to make this decision prayerfully and thoughtfully. we'll see.
